One bounded listing, no running service
Gal authorized a one-time Google OAuth connection for a read-only Drive metadata listing. The existing adapter candidate remains separate from that diagnostic and is not installed in the mail workflow. No refresh credential, scheduler, router, or state-store connection is active.
No file contents
Its proposed operation is metadata listing only. It is not designed to download documents, images, messages, or other file contents.
No Drive writes
It is not designed to create, change, move, delete, share, or mark files in Google Drive.

Why Google metadata is requested
In this Solaria workflow, “mail” means an owner-only relay folder in Google Drive—not Gmail. The bounded diagnostic used Drive’s files.list operation for the designated 00_To_Scotty relay folder. Repeated listing as part of the mail workflow remains on hold.

An important distinction
The Google grant is broader than the relay folder
The granted
drive.metadata.readonly permission is a restricted, account-wide metadata scope. The one-folder boundary is an additional check in Solaria’s code; it does not narrow the access Google grants. The bounded listing did not download file contents or write to Drive. Persistent credentials and recurring operation remain on hold while their controls are reviewed and tested.
